BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Search of new opportunities providing greater depth to each of the business areas, or a larger business volume. To achieve this, Adsolum will develop organic and inorganic operations (M&A), as well as JVs for financial or industrial partners..

EQUITY RAISING

Identification of different categories of investors, classifying them according to types of business, size of operations, returns and capital costs. Introduction of Adsolum as a reference partner and presentation of new business opportunities.

OPERATIONS STRATEGY

Tracking and monitoring of ongoing operations managed by Adsolum, as well as up-to-date market trends. Implementation of methodologies and systems to help improve product quality and boost shareholder´s returns

BUSINESS & ECONOMIC RESEARCH

Monitoring and management of internal and external information sources that allow us to movie towards a management model based on data. A “data driven organization”, primarily onthe investment side.

MANAGEMENT CONTROL

Follow-up and monitoring of the Business Plan as a whole, as well as the different business areas and operations, by automating the information systems for decision-making and reporting to shareholders.
