By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user (hereinafter, the “User” or, when applicable, the “Users“) is informed that the personal data provided through the web page located at the URL www.adsolum.es (hereinafter, the “Web Site“), will be treated by Adsolum, as well as the data derived from your browsing and any other data you may provide in the future.

2. To respond to questions raised through the contact channels provided: the processing of data derived from this purpose is the consent that the User may withdraw at any time. In the event that the User withdraws consent, the query or question raised cannot be processed.
3. Preparation of reports, statistics and internal analyses to improve the services of the Website: all processing derived from this purpose will be based on legitimate interest, recognised by the data protection regulations for the data controller.
This legitimate interest is based on being able to offer Adsolum’s services to the Users with the highest quality and best possible experience.

- Data used to carry out the preparation of reports, statistics and/or analyses: the information will be used in aggregate form for the preparation of reports, statistics and analyses, during the period necessary to process and prepare the aforementioned reports, statistics and/or analyses, and, once this period has expired, during the period of limitation of the legal actions derived from the aforementioned request.
- Data used for the sending of Adsolum’s commercial communications : the data will be processed for this purpose until the User opposes the processing .
- To comply with the legally established obligations: the data provided to comply with the obligations derived from the services offered by Adsolum will be kept for the legally established periods.
8.- WITH WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL THE USER’S DATA BE SHARED?

- To the owner of the property or asset in which the User is interested in order to guarantee the correct management and processing of the legal relationship established between the User and Adsolum, based on the fulfilment of the contractual relationship between Adsolum and the owner of the property.
- Public Administrations, in the cases provided for in the law , on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation.
- Courts and tribunals, in the cases provided for by law, on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation.

One of the purposes for which Adsolum processes the personal data provided by the Users is to send them commercial communications with information related to products, services, promotions, offers, events or news (our own and, where appropriate, third parties’), relevant to the Users.

10.- USER RESPONSIBILITY
The User guarantees that he/she is over fourteen (14) years old and that the data provided to Adsolum are true, exact, complete and updated. To these effects, the User is responsible for the veracity of all the data he/she communicates and will keep the information provided suitably updated, in such a way that it corresponds to his/her real situation.

Adsolum will treat the User’s data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and will keep the mandatory duty of secrecy with respect to them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of your data and to avoid its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.
